• Annual Homeowner Dues are $150.00;

• Annual Dues are payable each year on July 1; dues reminder signs are placed at each entrance of subdivision June 1 - July 31;

• A $35.00 late fee is applicable on August 1;

• A $50.00 fee is applicable for each year dues remain unpaid;

• FPHA will file a property lien with the Shelby County Judge of Probate on any property where dues and late fees remain unpaid as of September 1.

A property lien will be filed on any property for any balance(s) due (not paid) after September 1, of each year.   Court fees and filing costs are the responsibility of the owner; 6% interest per annum applies.
